Changing Password

Hi I’m trying to change my password to my account but I need to verify my account first. The number I have on file for my account is my old phone number and I can’t login to my account now.

Try updating your TurboTax account information by following the instructions in the TurboTax FAQ I'm linking below.  After updating your info, you should then be able to login to your account.

Trying to login want take my password have changed several times.

Please clear your cache and cookies if you are being prompted to reset your password every time you try to log in.
