The automated system says I have 2 cards when I only have 1. I’ve tried to activate the one I have, it says it’s already activated but when I log back in it asks me to activate it again.
when I call the number, I can’t talk to anyone so right now I have money on my card that I need and I can’t get to it.

I received my card days ago and my state refund is on the card. I called and put in my info and it told me my balance. Then I went to activate my card on the app and the site and all it tells me is that my information does not match your records. I double checked on the turbo tax site and all my info is correct. I have called multiple times and cannot reach anyone ever. So how can I access my money and activate my card when clearly nothing works. Help! Help! Help!
I hope you can get this message to your bosses because I have already reported to the BBB and contacted the news. I have had my card for over a week now and have been trying to activate it. Tells me my info does not match. I double checked with Turbo tax and my info is correct. I also called Intuit and green dot and cannot get anyone on the phone or to answer my issue. You cannot email them directly either. I have my state taxes on this card over $300 and I cannot access MY money. This is a huge problem as I donot have disposable income lying around to cush me as I wait for my card to be activated and noone to speak to. I have the mobile app and nothing works. This leads me to believe this is a huge scam. There is a national emergency going on right now and my money is being held hostage. Now Easter is tomorrow and my family has to go without. Not to mention the undue stress this is putting on me and my family. Next concern is if they put the stimulus on that card I am really screwed. Just get ypur site running properly and make it to where someone is available to handle problems. This is ridiculous and I will never recommend you to anyone Ps. I contacted the BBB and the local news. My attorney is next unless this can be rectified by days end. Thanks for ruining my families Easter. Please contact me ASAP.
