Cannot use 2024

When I click on TurboTax 2024 it tells me that Turbotax is already running under another account. Switch users and run TurboTax from the other account to continue.

Error 70001.

I've contacted Turbotax Specialists and none of them can correct the issue.

First, make sure TurboTax isn't open on some computer that you used it on a while back.

 

Second, restart the computer you are using.  

 

Third, clear your cache and cookies.  Here is how to do clear your cache.  Here is how to delete your cookies.

 

Lastly, if you are using your phone instead of a computer, delete the TurboTax app, restart your phone and then re-install it.
