First, make sure TurboTax isn't open on some computer that you used it on a while back.
Second, restart the computer you are using.
Third, clear your cache and cookies. Here is how to do clear your cache. Here is how to delete your cookies.
Lastly, if you are using your phone instead of a computer, delete the TurboTax app, restart your phone and then re-install it.
