Cannot transmit forms because of duplicate social security error message. socials are correct. what is the solution to efile?

If your return is being rejected by the IRS due to your (or one of the) social security numbers having already been filed, then your only option is to mail your return.  See the following FAQ for what to do if you suspect tax-related identity theft:

That was not the answer to the question.  I can not transmit (key wording) NOT has filed. 

Did you enter yourself or your spouse as a dependent ?
