Cannot Save to PDF, Print to PDF, or E-File — Possibly Linked to Crypto TXF Import

Everything with my tax return seems fine (I can save and print to pdf, and the tax return has no errors) until I import my TXF file that has about 3800 crypto transactions. After I import the file, I don't receive any errors in the actual tax return, but I cannot save or print to pdf (error message says "Nothing to Print: It seems some problem while retrieving print list details for Returns"). When I try to e-file, I get a message that says "Your Transmissions Didn't Go Through - TurboTax was unable to send your return to the Intuit Electronic Filing Center, for the following reasons: cancelled. Looks like we've had a technical hiccup."

 

I am on Mac OS Big Sur 11.6.5. I have tried opening the file on a PC and I get the same errors.

Given the nature of the e-filing errors you are experiencing, TurboTax recommends the following:

 

For a potential fix, we recommend going back through the three review sections one at a time: 

 

  1. Select Federal from the left menu, then Federal Review from the top menu to begin the federal review process
  2. Select State from the left menu, then State Review from the top menu to begin the state review process
  3. Select Review from the left menu, then Check my info to begin the final review process

I am having the same problems as @mhcc2021. The review steps don't seem to help or exist on Mac. Anyone figure out a solution to this? I cannot print, export as PDF or e-file. Been working on a fix to this for weeks now.
