Purchased 2nd state. Neither ME or RI will run. Click either - gets updates, up to date, and then back to state menu. Click either state -tries again to update? Over 1 hr on phone and rebooted several times

Are you using TurboTax CD/Download for Windows? If so, please try the resolution in the below TurboTax help article to see if that resolves the issue for you.
Got it to run, finally directed to the TY21 cleaner after support sent me to the TY19 and then TY20. Not sure why this is not published and why every support person is not up to date on this "fix" for this "bug".
