Cannot proceed past ways to pay as I cannot change the due date.

The due date for taxes owed on a 2023 tax return was April 15, 2024.  You cannot change the due date.  Just continue with the tax return.

And....you can simply tell the software that you will mail a check to pay.  Then go ahead and pay by whatever method you choose to use.  TurboTax never knows how, when or even if you paid your tax due.  Your proof that you paid will be your own bank or credit card record.
