Cannot open Download

I click on the download and it asks how I want to open file with the box in front of Always Use This App to Open .crdownload but the OK button is greyed

Unfortunately your Automated Response system will not allow me to advance without providing my Support ID which I had left open on the desktop but now no longer shows.  Asking it to tell me where to find my Support ID is useless.
