I spent 3 hours in trying loading TT premier in my mac OS version 15 and spoke to the TT agent for about an hour. The agent shared the screen remotely but could not do anything and said let me speak to my supervisor. Now the phone got disconnected.
TT support is below average as no body helps after holding the line for a significant time.

In addition, for the best experience, ensure your browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, or Edge) is updated to the latest version. Chrome generally works well with Mac. Clearing cache and cookies often helps as well.
