Cannot install software

I received notification that my software was available.  I downloaded it to my system...easy.  However, I cannot install it on my computer.  I use Microsoft 11, made sure the hard drive was defrag'd and the most recent updates were installed.  But...I can't get past the download to install it.  I keep receiving a message the the Intuit app is not an MS verified app.  What options are available to me?  Is my only recourse to cancel my subscription and purchase another company's software?  Everything is fine on my computer...appears to be an Intuit issue.

Are you running Win 10 or 11 in S mode? You need to switch out of S mode.  Switching out of S mode is a one-way process, you can't go back to S mode.
