Cannot confirm payment.

I cannot proceed to confirm payment on the last part of the filling process, the slot for selecting a counrty doesnt let me write or select any option, therefore i cant continue with the payment.

Maybe you are waiting for some forms.  Click Review to see if you are missing some forms needed in order to e-file.

 

Many federal and state forms are not yet available.  Check here for form availability. The dates are subject to change.

Be patient.   

IF you e-file now, your return will go into “pending” until the IRS starts to accept/reject returns in late January. You cannot make any changes while the return is on the server. The IRS will start to accept/reject 2024 e-files on January 29.   And….a state return cannot be accepted until after the IRS accepts your federal return.

thank you for your reply & help.

Although it doesnt seem i have any pending forms, after cheking the review section everything seems correct and filled. Could it be an error of the web platform?

Can you please confirm for me - Is this where you were having issues? Were you able to re-run the review and the error was not there?

Hi there.

Yes thats where i come to  a stop, i doesnt let me select any option.

I even started the whole tax filling again and when i get to that point it just doesnt work.

I  did re run the review, didnt work

Had the same problem. I switched to using a different computer and it worked
