Close the TurboTax program. Close your web browser.
Clear cache from your web browser - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/product-system-requirements/clear-cache/L8EEqjh3R_US_en_US?uid=lgkyfg1s
Restart your web browser and go to your TurboTax online account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
See if the problem persists. If it does then change your web browser to one of these you are not currently using - Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge
