cannot activate software with license code that I purchased at Costco. premier package purchased..feel like its tryimg to sell me new online package help?

How did you try to install it?  Are you using these instructions?  How to get started with the Desktop program, install and activate it

You are using the TurboTax online editions, not the software you purchased.
