CANCEL

There is literally NO WAY to cancel this subscription!?! All site does is point to a non-existent link to do it.

I had to cancel credit card in past and will NOT enter a new one since I now have taxes done locally after situation changed.

HOW THE HECK CAN I STOP THESE ANNOYING EMAILS TO UPDATE MY PAYMENT METHOD. Those are un-reply-able.

To cancel your subscription, simply remove all products in your TurboTax Advantage account:

  1. Sign in to TurboTax Advantage.
  2. Select TurboTax Advantage on the right side of your screen.
    • If you only see Sign up now, your subscription is already canceled or you're in the wrong account. Use our Account Recovery tool to get a list of all your TurboTax accounts, then sign in under the right account.
  3. Select Remove product under each product listed
  4. Once all products have been removed, you'll see the Sign up now button. This means your subscription has been canceled.

Tip: If you missed the cancelation deadline for this year's TurboTax product, simply wait until you receive your CD or download, then submit an online refund request within 60 days of receiving your product.

You can change the email notifications that you receive from TurboTax by following these steps:

 

  1. While in TurboTax,
  2. Open your Intuit Account listed on the lower left side of your screen,
  3. Select Data & Privacy,
  4. Scroll up until you see TurboTax,
  5. Select View,
  6. On this screen you can turn off all notifications from TurboTax.

In addition, you can unsubscribe directly from the email you received. In the email you received from TurboTax, if you scroll to the bottom there is a blue link that will say "unsubscribe".  When you select that it should take you to a screen where you can unsubscribe from all TurboTax emails.  

 

If you've already done that and are still receiving unwanted emails, please reach out to Customer Support.

By cancel I mean cancel ALL software. Not just the emails.
