What are you trying to do? Online tax preparation for 2018 returns is closed permanently, and online tax preparation for 2019 is not yet open.
I just down loaded Turbo Tax Delux for 2019 but get error code 607 when I try to activate code.

Please check the License Code to make sure you have entered it correctly. Sometimes the S and the 5 or G and 6 look alike. If the code is typed in incorrectly, it will generate that error message.

@Gordon Peak Make sure you have not accidentally logged on to online TurboTax instead of the CD/download. We see people who get confused and they log on and use the online software and then try to pay using the license code--which does not work. The license code is only for the CD/download
If you are using online, you are using the wrong program. You need to switch to the desktop software to get what you paid for. You have to download it, update it and open it up from your own hard drive to use it.
