what browser, are yu using. did your account come from e-trade. contact schwab's Turbotax support.
I've seen a couple people with similar issues, who have their computer's firewall setting set too high.
I am using the download version on mac.
Does Schwab have specific line for Turbotax support? I called but they asked me to contact Turbotax
