Come on really? I’ve done everything right. Just send me a code so I can finish my tax return. It should not be this difficult

Maybe it's not the code.  Every year I've had a problem after I entered my credit card information. This year I solved that by typing in every piece of information EXACTLY as it is on my card. My card has my name in all caps, and no period after the initials. After I did that, the purchase form allowed me to proceed.
