Hello,
It says I'm not eligible for e-filing in Maryland because "Joint returns with taxpayer and spouse living in different taxing jurisdictions are not eligible for electronic filing"
That is not the case. My wife and I both live in Maryland.
When we look at our personal info, our State of Residence is Maryland for both of us. Our mailing address is Maryland.
Why would this be the case?
We did fill in other state income as District of Columbia because my wife is a contractor in DC but we both live in Maryland.
Please assist.
