I am able to login to my account, but every time I go in to update and change my password, the page refreshes and the new password is not saved. Is there someone I can contact to fix this?

Contact TurboTax support for assistance with this problem.
Use a browser. Chrome works best. Go to Settings which is three dots at top right. From settings select Privacy and Security, then clear browsing data and make sure it shows Clear for All Time. That will clear the error and let you change your password.
