Can someone help me with a driver license e-file problem?

All card information accurate except when typing document number on back of card the website doesn't accept the 10 digit number.

If you are entering your document number for a New York license, note that the document number is on the back of the driver's license - not the DMV number on the front. Also, be sure you're entering the correct portion of the number. See these Sample Photo Documents | NY DMV.
