Can I get a callback I am hitting callback and does nothing

Realized the samething until  Serina  president of board Intuit. contacted me and was able to say what happened but they didn't do a thing and I offered them to adjust the rate or remove it still took their fees. 

Doubt that is the problem mismanagement and false advertising is more the problem !!
