Can I e-file without correcting and error message regarding Health insurance statement?

I have input the data from Form 1095-A but it still shows and error and asking to input data for Form 1095-A,  it seems like it is not recognizing the input.  If I say no to Obamacare but still input the data to Form 1095-A then the error goes away.  Is this how it should work?

I was unable to replicate the error. Please make sure you have filled out ALL of the fields. If you are still having issues, please contact support.
