Can I cancel my order

Yesterday I called TurboTax and asked for help to pick out the best version because we need fewer forms this year. I have been a user of QuickBooks and TurboTax for 13 years. My account names have been fpaulwyman, fpwyman, and fpaulwymaan (a spelling error). Yesterday, 2/12/2021, I called TurboTax to select which version is best because for my personal return, because our only income in 2020 was my Social Security money. We only need Form 1040 and Form 8962. I was connected to a person named Conternise Fonte, who said she was based in New York sold TurboTax and helped clients pick a version. Due to login problems, we agreed she would call me back on her next workday, Feb 15, 2021 at 8am local time in Colorado.  I had given her my credit card number, but also told her that I wanted to wait and think about whether we also wanted the State return.  This morning, I was very unhappy that Ms. Fonte went ahead and charged my credit card for the $70  purchase  of the Premier version, because we agreed to wait for me to be sure about whether the Deluxe  $40 version was all I really needed due to not having any personal salary income to report and the Colorado return for zero income payers only need 2 pages completed, which I can do myself.  

Therefore, please cancel the $70 order of the Premier version. Since yesterday I discovered the Online Turbo Tax option which I like very much, and I  strongly prefer to my taxes this way this year, instead of using a CD or downloading it. Thank you vey much for your help in cancelling the order placed by Ms. Fonte, and I will use the online option as soon as you can confirm this cancellation and refund my credit card $70.00 charge.

I am canceling my 2020 tax form you helped me with. It was returned for more information and you wanted $80.00 to file a FREE tax form. I went with another outfit and my return has been accepted. Respectfully  {PII Removed}

You can actually clear the information your have entered.  If you do not want to file using TurboTax online, then clear but do not start over.  Clear and Start Over
