I called this morning to your 800 number and I could not get to talk to a human. I have been filing my taxes with turbotax for many years. I don't think I will be able to do this year or future years. I can never talk to any of your representatives, the automated operator hangs up and I have to start all over. I had a simple question regarding my filing with estimated taxes in 2025.
Turbotax SUCKS!!!! you need to update your services
To enter, edit or delete estimated taxes paid (Federal, State, Local) -
Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Deductions and Credits
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
On Estimates, click on the start or update button
@kelvinsmythe1 You say that you tried to call "this morning"----did you call between the hours of 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Pacific time? Customer support is available during those hours.
Volunteers and TurboTax employees are always here in the user forum at all hours and can easily reply to simple questions like where to enter estimated tax payments.
