Box 20 Locality error

I keep getting told to delete my w2 and re enter the information manually. And I’ve tried that but with no success. I keep getting the same error.

To delete the W-2 -

 

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen

Click on Tools

Click on Delete a form

 

Once the W-2 has been deleted, go back to the W-2 section of the program and manually enter the W-2.  Do Not import or take a picture of the W-2.  Make sure that you do not enter anything in boxes 18, 19 and 20 of the W-2,  they must be left blank (empty)
