Ifile a schedule c for an ebay store. I am starting an apiary and planning on selling honey next year.   I have started buying equipment. Can I claim these expanses on my schedule c form this year even though i don't plan on sell the honey in the store online

You should add another Schedule C for it.  You can have more than 1 schedule C.    Are you using the Online version or the Desktop program?   If you see the Business Summary page that lists your businesses, right below the list you can Add Another Business.
