I have an app-specific password but I can't paste it into the app-specific password box in TurboTax. Ctrl-V doesn't work. I can paste the password into a Word Doc but not into TurboTax. The password is a long string of letters and numbers
You may have to type it in instead of using the copy and paste function.
So you're asking us to enter a 28 character alphanumeric password which we cannot see as we're typing it in. Once it's typed, we cannot verify the contents be sending.
You can't be saying this with a straight face as the answer is borderline absurd. Try suggesting to your programmer to fix the problem.
