Anyone know how to report poor service received from Live Support?

This is the transcript below... this is scary as what you pay for in the live support version of the TurboTax Online.  I can't find anywhere to report this?

I can't seem to get back to that screen so that I can answer \"no\" I've gone back several times it and still is showing on income with a zero dollar amount. Sophia L.:  With the modern world anything possible.  yes, I got scam many time

 

ME:  it's the cloud version of turbo tax. I need to know how to delete the sale of home.
