Yeah, I'm having the same problem whenever I try to file state OR federal—looks like they're probably getting a huge amount of traffic, and the site can't handle it. Unless somebody else has a better idea, I can only suggest that you keep trying, over and over... or else wait until the middle of the night when demand is much lighter. :(
Note: I was just informed by a customer service representative that TurboTax Online will NOT work correctly with the Safari browser, only with Chrome. I've never heard that before, never seen it communicated anywhere on their site, and have successfully used TurboTax for the past 7 years on Safari (like tens of millions of other Mac users out there).

Yeah I've been trying for 2 days now & once I hit "ready to file" nothing happens. I filed my federal just fine last week. I also have been using turbo tax for years and never had an issue. I use chrome & have cleared cache & everything. Idk guess I'll just have to keep trying & hope it works eventually
