Original filed with amounts owing both Federal and State. Amended to increase missed medical deduction so Federal shows a refund, but State shows even more owed. That does not make sense! Any ideas how I fix that? Can I only do a Federal amendment and ignore the State amendment? TurboTax won't let me do that, it forces me to amend the state as well and pay more.
