“All available activations for that code have been used. Error code: 603”.

I’ve Turbo Tax Premier installed a month ago (March) with License Code, and everything works fine. Couple days ago I finished my tax and efile them with this Turbo Tax Premier version. Then I received email messages that my taxes have been accepted.

Now I open my 2020 tax file on this Turbo Tax Premier, it came up with this license code message “Your Product is installed, let’s activate it”. I entered the same code again and it comes up with this error message: “All available activations for that code have been used. Error code: 603”.

What is going Turbo Tax???

Lucky me that my taxes already been accepted, but I feel unlucky that I cannot open my Turbo Tax Premier anymore.

I got help from VolvoGirl with a work around. It’s okay for now but TurboTax should fix this problem instead of give us this workaround.
