Make sure the latest WIN OS update has been fully installed and reboot your computer at least once to make sure there are no uninstalled updates hiding in the back ground.
The computer has been shut down 3 times and restarted at least 2 times. I am running on a Dell laptop, i7-1260P 2.10 GHZ with 32 GB Ram using Windows 11 Pro version 22H2 that says it's updates are up to date. TurboTax ran last week, and I did a similar operation. Today it updated and then asked if I wanted to run it. I did. It ran. I asked it to create a new return. It found last year's file and imported. I asked it to import from Quicken. It said I needed to open Quicken. But Quicken was open and sharing the same screen. I figured there was some glitch, so I shut down all and went to lunch. Later today I opened Quicken and tried to open TurboTax. It gets to the Ok, it is taking more time... screen and then disappears with no message. It does not seem to matter if I try to open TurboTax before or after opening Quicken. If no one else is having this problem, should I just uninstall TurboTax, reinstall it, hope it will work, and hope this glitch will not show up after each update?
