Additional state step?

You sent an email indicating my 2018 Colorado return was accepted BUT that I had one more step to finish filing. I had already connected with a rep this morning prior to finishing and was assured I had nothing more to do. I wrapped. 3 hours later I get your email. It further indicates I should print and then to check the electronic filing instructions included with the printed return to know which forms to send in. This does not seem to make sense. The filing has been accepted by both Federal and State. Money is owed but set up as part of the filing to draft my bank account for the amount owed. Also, I assume that you send the return to the feds and state. So what could there possibly be to do. Your rep said 'nothing,' that I am good. Now this email. Please help.

You can follow the guidance provided by the Tax pro, and disregard the email. No additional action is needed.

Sorry for any confusion caused by the email.
