Activation issues

Hi,

Please I need help with Turbotax premier 2024 installation and activation, I purchased it last week and I tried all of the solutions listed here but nothing worked.

I downloaded and installed Turbotax premier 2024 on my PC windows 10 but when I run the program even as an administrator I get a black page with no where to sign in or enter the activation code please check the attached pictures and any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

1) make absolutely sure you have all of the most recent Microsoft updates installed....and reboot even if you don't find any.  Partially-installed or waiting Microsoft OS updates are known to block TTX installations.

2) then try again.

Still no go?

 

Other than calling Customer Support.....I'd be sure that you have the most recent versions of Microsoft Visual C++ installed.
