I downloaded the Turbo Tax CD/download successfully and continued to launch. When it came to the screen to Activate, it asked me to enter the license code but the field does not allow me to enter the license code(or anything else like it is locked/blocked). I have a Microsoft Surface running Windows 11.

No I did not get the information I need to enter the license code to activate my product. I tried calling and kept getting a standard response of sending the same pages i saw online. It is so frustrating that I cannot talk to someone to fix my issue. I cannot enter the license code on the Activation page and all communication keeps pointing me to standard tips that do not apply to my issue. I have not been able to get a support id because I cannot find the Contact Us page to enter my information.
