Hello, I got a couple emails from my intuit account/turbo tax stating my refund is on its way and I wasn’t even finished filing. My settings are stuck and not able to change privacy settings. email: [email address removed]

You may be the victim of identity theft.
First, contact TurboTax to make sure that an actual tax return was filed on your behalf by someone else.
Contact TurboTax here.
Then, check with the IRS to make sure that they are aware that you did not file the tax return that they received (if there is one.
