Log into https://accounts.intuit.com/app/account-manager/overview and under "Sign-In" you should be able to change your phone number and look into the verification settings.
This did not work. It will let you change your password but will not prompt you to get into your account if you got a new phone number. Very frustrating. Hopefully my request is answered soon.
I have tried for an hour to get in. My phone won't take a clear picture of my Driver's License and I cannot change my old phone number.
