I have been on the phone for the last 3 days trying to submit my e-file. Each time I get this error:
Your transmission didn't go through
We could not e-file your return for the following reason:
A server problem occurred while processing the refund transfer. Please try to e-file again and if that fails contact customer service.:
I have been on chat with 3 different people who connects to my screen and can't help me. I've been on the phone 3 times over an hour each only to be told to call back when the billing department is available to see if there is a hold. I've been using turbotax for over 8 years and I have referred people to this progoram but this unacceptable it will make change my tax service. Has this happen to anyone? If so what was your solution?
