414(h) distributions

What Federal level taxes are 414(h) distributions subject to?

FICA?

Medicare?

Federal Income tax = YES

The 414(h) distributions are not subject to Social Security or Medicare taxes. You will be subject to federal income tax on your withdrawal, but not FICA.
