401 DISTRIBUTION

I withdraw my 401k on 2017 because I loss my job. I file my taxes and paid the fees. Do I have to mention that when I file my taxes this year again? There's a section that ask if I received distribution after 2015 from an IRA or Roth IRA I have to put the info of what I withdraw from my 401k?

Thank You.

Since a 401K is not an IRA I would say the answer is No.
