I received a letter stating that TT will refund me of my purchase price if I am not satisfied due to the 2020 ESPP cost basis bug. Of course, I am not satisfied. Due to this bug, it took me more than 10 hours to amend my tax returns.
Although the letter below says I can get a refund but did not give the details on how to get it. It seemed like TT does not really want to refund. How do I get my refund?
