2019 Rejected due to wrong AGI

Prepared 2018 return but did not file due to no tax liability. 2019 return rejected as it's picking up AGI from prepared 2018 return.  Should I enter 0 (zero) AGI on resubmission of 2019. I believe I need to go on record with either 2018 or 2019 filing to receive virus payments.

Yes. you are correct the IRS will use 2019 tax returns or your 2018 tax return if you have not filed in 2019 to determine who will receive the stimulus checks.  If you did not file a tax return for 2018 then you will have to enter zero for your 2018 AGI.
