2019 activation code-no go

2019 deluxe CD-install and it downloads updates after install-(which means my system is OK)-then it ask for the activation code-the last thing before 1st use--but it fails.  It tells me it's good, with the check mark on the screen, I hit next--and it takes me right back to enter the code again.  over and over and over etc. etc.  This is the worst of all the TT programs I've had.  Should not have to go through this.. I've been using computers since 1985--software has been around for how long now--and this is what they put out.  Don't tell me it's my computer--it's your failing software.  How do I get it installed-- or it's going back to Best Buy for a refund.

Otherwise contact TurboTax support tomorrow for assistance with this problem.

Your posting from "TurboTax 2019 requests license activation at every launch" does not work. Have already spent an hour and a half with your support specialist (she knew what to look at but did not find the solution to the problem). Got and email with the above posting and spent another hour and still getting the same stupid response: "You are not connected to the internet".

 

I will just sit tight and wait for this problem to escalate all the way to the top.

Third week, tried all of the recommended solutions on this from this forum and still TT2019 is not working. So sad.
