2016 Deluxe CD fails to install with .net framwork 4.5.2 issues on two different computers one windows 7 home premium and one windows 7 professional

I see a number of other users have had the same problem - sounds like turbo tax has a problem.  I have used turbo tax since 2001 and have never has an install failure
