2 different return amount

I used Turbotax Deluxe Live, and my federal return was $4000.00 plus, but I didn't want to pay $169.00 when I didn't use any Live expert. I started over with Turbotax Deluxe, and my federal return dropped to$3200.00. Does your return amount depend on which Turbotax you pay for?

No.  Your refund amount does not change based on which TurboTax program you use.  However, TurboTax program updates (typically done weekly, on Thursday) may affect your refund amount.
