1099 Wrong Address

Hello,

We recently issued the 1099 NEC to all of our Independent Contractors. However, we realized that in the Payer's address, we mistyped the address. We put Castri St, instead of Castro St.

Should we correct it with the IRS and send a corrected 1099 to our contractors?

So long as the payor's EIN and recipient's SSN/TIN is correct, there's no need to issue a corrected 1099 for a simple typo in the address street name.  Typically, you only need to issue a corrected form if the correction results in a change of any of the dollar figures or incorrect EIN/TIN or to correct the legal name of the payor or payee.
