1099 upload problem

Good morning. In TurboTax, I'm having problems uploading tax forms from financial institutions for which I've done this routinely for several years, and for which the forms (mostly, various 1099's) are already available on their website. When I try to upload into TurboTax, and provide login info for my account with the financial institution, a box opens with red letters saying "ERROR for site owner: Invalid site key". Any advice or perspectives on this? Thanks.

@fusilli45

Might be fixed in the next couple weeks...try on Fridays.

The PDFs of the paper forms are available before the tax import files are created by the financial providers.

The tax software import files have to be specially-formatted and take longer than the simple PDF files they provide earlier.

For instance, my Fidelity 1099-INT, -DIV, -B files, I already have the PDF/paper print outs, but the special tax import files are not supposed to be ready form Fidelity until 15 Feb......but could be later if they experience any problems.
