1099-Misc place to file

I have three separate income from a 1099-MIsc for this year. Would I file those under personal or business?

It depends on what type of income the 1099-MISC is reporting. If you have income listed in Box 7, NonEmployee Compensation, you will need TurboTax Self Employed and list the income under Business. TurboTax will walk you through the process when you enter the 1099-MISC.
