1099-Misc not received

My bank gave me a $5 bonus deposit and even told me it may be reported on a 1099-Misc as it is considered miscellaneous income. However since it was under$10 they don't do 1099's.

I am not sure of their FIN or format as turbo tax asks nor positive which box the $5 would be under on form.

I plan to try the local branch next to get help. Probably best if I can get them to send me one....

HOWEVER....

CAN I just list in turbo tax under Less Common Income section / Miscellaneous income? It states in there that other reportable income can be listed here.

It places it on Schedule 1...Line 22 (Other taxable Income).  I called it "Bank statement Bonus".

Yes, you can since it will have exactly the same impact as if you had received a 1099-MISC.
