1099-G

I did not get the unemployment form 1099-G and where should call in NY. and when they should sent out the form 1099-G to file income taxes.

New York State does not mail Form 1099-G.

 

If you need the Form 1099-G to complete your federal return, please click Form 1099-G to retrieve the form from the New York State website.

Why, what happen they can not file the 1099-G , can they skip 1099-G because they have no form to retrieve.

If they do not have a Form 1099-G for you on the NYS website, then there isn't one to report on your return - you can skip it in the TurboTax interview.
